hhkort Product Return and Exchange Policy

Welcome to purchase hhkort niche department store products. (Our company operates a niche department store business in the United States.) To protect your legal rights and standardize the return and exchange process, we have formulated this policy. Please read it carefully. If you have any questions, you can contact us as follows:

1. Basic Principles for Order Cancellation and Returns

If you need to cancel an order or request a return, you must first obtain written approval from hhkort. Please send an email to service@hhkort.com to request approval. Cancellation requests without approval will be rejected, and the order will continue to be processed normally. Products returned without our written consent will be refused and sent back to you, and all related costs will be borne by you.


2. Product Inspection and Defects

Please carefully inspect the purchased products within 14 days of receiving the package. If you find minor defects, slight stains, or other issues, please contact us promptly. We will provide you with a further solution. Claims made after the 14-day inspection period will be considered as damage caused during use, and after-sales support will no longer be provided.


3. Order Cancellation and Related Fees

(a) Cancellation Before Shipping Label Creation
For orders that have been placed but no shipping label has been generated, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation, with no handling fee.

(b) Cancellation After Shipping Label Creation but Before Shipment
If a shipping label has been created but the order has not yet been shipped, a 10% handling fee of the product’s original price will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

(c) Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be stopped mid-delivery. You may refuse the package upon delivery or sign for it and then contact us for a return shipping label. After the package is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued, with a 20% restocking fee of the product’s original price.

(d) Cancellation After Delivery (Package Unopened)
If the package is delivered within 14 calendar days and you wish to cancel the order without opening it, please contact us and provide photo and video evidence of the unopened package. After approval, you must arrange with the original carrier to return the complete package at your own expense. After inspection, a 20% restocking fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

(e) Post-Delivery Cancellation (Non-Quality Reasons)
Within 30 calendar days after delivery, for non-quality-related reasons (including but not limited to: no longer wanting/need the product, wrong size, dislike of the product, or refusal to accept minor shipping damage compensation), you must contact us and provide photo/video evidence showing that the packaging is consistent with the original. Return authorization must be obtained in advance. You must arrange with the original carrier to return the complete package at your own expense. Returns after 30 calendar days from delivery will not be accepted. After inspection, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.


4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned (including but not limited to):

  • Special orders

  • Second-hand products or items with obvious signs of use

Non-returnable products will not be accepted under normal circumstances. Special cases require approval from us before a return can be processed.


5. Refund Conditions and Exceptions

In general, refunds will be completed within 15 business days after the returned package has been inspected and confirmed to be in order. If the refund is delayed due to special circumstances, please contact us with supporting evidence, and we will provide further instructions.


6. Important Notes

If you need to return a product, do not refuse any FedEx/UPS package directly. Please sign for the package first, then contact our customer service email to obtain a return shipping label.

Our order fulfillment policy: Orders in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Actual delivery time is 5–7 business days. Orders can be edited or changed within 12 hours of placement upon your request.
