1. Shipping Rules
Orders with items in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays). The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on demand, factory production schedules, holidays, weather conditions, and other uncontrollable factors. In case of delays, we will notify you promptly via email.
Orders can be edited or changed within 12 hours of placement upon your request. After 12 hours, orders enter the fulfillment process and can no longer be edited or changed. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
2. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping for all products within the contiguous 48 states of the United States. The following regions are not eligible for free shipping: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Boxes. Shipping fees for these areas will be calculated separately based on distance and package weight. For exact costs, please contact customer service.
3. Shipping Methods
We provide delivery via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Free shipping is available within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address (including street, house number, and ZIP code). If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if a second delivery is required, any additional shipping costs will be borne by you.
Once your order is shipped, we will immediately send the tracking number to your registered email. You can use the tracking number to check the real-time status and estimated delivery date of your package.
4. Delivery Notes
By default, packages are delivered without requiring a signature. The delivery personnel will place the package at your doorstep or designated delivery location. If you require signature confirmation, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. We will assist you in adding FedEx signature service, ensuring that the package can only be signed for by you or an authorized recipient.
