hhkort Product Warranty Policy
Welcome to purchase hhkort niche department store products. (Our company operates a niche department store business in the United States.) To protect your legal rights and clarify product warranty matters, we have formulated this warranty policy. Please read it carefully. If you have any questions, you can contact us as follows:

1. Basic Warranty Information
hhkort guarantees that all niche department store products sold enjoy a one-year warranty, starting from the date you receive the product. Warranty services automatically terminate after 12 months.
Orders with items in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after payment (excluding weekends and holidays). Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. The warranty start date is based on your logistics receipt date, so please keep your delivery receipt carefully.
Orders can be edited or changed (including shipping address, product specifications, etc.) within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, orders enter the fulfillment process and can no longer be edited or changed. Warranty rights are unaffected by order edits/changes. As long as the product meets the warranty conditions, it is eligible for warranty service.
2. Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if the product experiences quality issues not caused by human factors (including but not limited to: product malfunction, component damage, functional anomalies, etc.), we will provide free warranty services, including free repairs or replacement of faulty components (with compatible parts), without any service or parts fees.
Warranty service covers the product itself only and does not include packaging, accessories (such as manuals, gifts, etc.), nor does it cover normal wear and tear from regular use.
3. Exclusions from Warranty Service
The following situations are not covered by the one-year warranty. Paid repair services may be available (please contact customer service for details), or repairs may be refused:

Products beyond the one-year warranty period.

Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to: drops, collisions, crushing, unauthorized disassembly, modifications, incorrect usage, or failure to follow product instructions.

Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, floods, fires, lightning, or other natural disasters).

Cosmetic wear or deterioration that does not affect product functionality.

No valid logistics receipt or inability to prove purchase channel and date.

Repairs or modifications performed by personnel or institutions not authorized by hhkort.
4. Warranty Application Process
If your product experiences qualifying quality issues during the warranty period, please follow these steps to apply for warranty service:

Report the Issue: Contact customer service promptly (Email: service@hhkort.com / Phone: +86 16252423422). Provide the product model, purchase date, description of the issue, photos/videos of the defect, and logistics receipt (screenshot or photo) to submit your warranty request.

Verification: Customer service will review your warranty request within 1–2 business days to confirm if the product qualifies. You will be notified of the result via your registered email or phone.

Return the Product: Once approved, customer service will provide the official return address. Package the defective product securely and return it to the specified address. Return shipping costs must initially be borne by you. After the warranty is completed, reasonable return shipping fees will be reimbursed based on actual circumstances.

Repair/Replacement: Upon receiving the returned product, we will complete inspection, repair, or component replacement within 3–5 business days to restore normal functionality.

Return Shipping: After repairs, the product will be shipped back to your registered address within 1–2 business days. hhkort will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Additional Notes

Warranty services apply only to products sold through official hhkort channels. Products purchased through unofficial channels are not covered.

If a defective product cannot be repaired or repair costs are excessive, we will replace it with a new product of the same model. If the same model is discontinued, we will replace it with a product of equivalent value, to be discussed with customer service.

Providing false information or forged documents during the warranty application process may result in denial of warranty service, and hhkort will bear no related responsibility.

hhkort reserves the final right of interpretation of this warranty policy. Any adjustments will be announced through official channels in advance.
